Snazzy titles, cool Zotter design and the trendy Mitzi mix – a small Mini Mitzi dips into every Mitzi. The round chocolate with a surprise effect, imaginative breaking patterns and an environmentally friendly packaging of CO2-neutral cardboard and organic plastic. The cellulose foil is made of renewable materials, it is biodegradable and even compostable according to EN 13432.
Bean to bar production for our Mitzi Blue chocolate bars is operating at full speed. We produce a range of chocolate bars using high percentage chocolate made from the finest cocoa beans grown by many different cocoa producers. These colourful fruity bars are created, fruit to bar as it were, by combining cocoa butter and fruit. For our nut to bar process, we produce our own nougat varieties using hazelnuts, hemp, cashews and much more. Each Mitzi bar is topped by a small chocolate disc. Some of the chocolates are garnished with freshly roasted nuts, homemade fruity chocolate flakes or dried fruit before conquering the world of sweet-toothed people as a veritable power couple.

Dark Chocolate° 70% & Dark Chocolate° 80% The ”best-of-mix” from Latin American cocoa beans. A dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 70 % and a smooth, noble groove. The Mini Mitzi ups the ante even further, with an excellent 80% of cocoa enjoyment.
Strawberry Bar° with Yogurt Disc° This strawberry chocolate is incredible! It has a wonderful aroma of strawberries and tastes like heaven. A pink miracle with a strawberry yogurt Mini Mitzi with dashes of lemon in the center.
Dark Bar° with chili° & Strawberry Disc° Not for those who are easily flammable. The dark chocolate with 70% of cocoa content is fired up with chili and the Mini Mitzi further enhances the spice with its peppered strawberry chocolate.
Milk Bar° with raisins° and Hazelnut Nougat Disc° The sweetest way to say thank you: white grapes on a premium milk chocolate made with delicious mountain milk. And as an extra, a homemade, super-tasty hazelnut nougat with crunchy hazelnut brittle.

Caramel Bar° with caramel crisps° The newly invented caramel chocolate, sprinkled with caramel crispies, is based on a smooth white chocolate and is nourishment for the soul.
Dark Chocolate 80%° & Dark Chocolate 90%° Black dining music: dark, strong and boisterous. Racy dark chocolate with 80% of cocoa content, sprinkled with caramelized chili cocoa nibs in a jam session with a Mini Mitzi with 90% of cocoa content.
White Bar° with Strawberry Disc° and Raspberry Hearts° A white chocolate for the affection and a pink strawberry Mini Mitzi for the butterflies in the stomach. With a little red raspberry heart as decoration and cornflowers to satisfy the sweet tooth and please the tummy.
Milk Chocolate° 40% & Milk Chocolate° 50% The milk mix: two milk chocolates - each one different: a first-class milk chocolate with 40% of cocoa content and a dark remix with 50% of cocoa content. The ensemble remains the same: aromatic mountain milk, lots of cocoa butter, the sweetness of raw cane sugar, real vanilla and racy cocoa.
Contains alcohol Bar° with egg liqueur pralines° The hottest Easter chocolate of all times. Fresh eggs are turned into wonderful egg liqueur confectionery, which, fired up with chili, spices up this milk chocolate.
Crunchy milk chocolate: a milk chocolate disc, which has a cocoa content of 50 % and thus lots of cocoa character, combined with a delicately melting white chocolate disc. Sprinkled all around with caramelised, crunchy almond bits.
Summer for nibbling: a delicately melting, summery-fruity banana disc, spiced up with a dash of lemon. On top of that, a small orange chocolate disc, which performs playfully fruity and, at the same time, refreshingly tart flavour-somersaults.
Caribbean feeling: a sun yellow, exotically fruity pineapple chocolate, which characteristically has a slightly sour note, with a small coconut chocolate disc carry-on, in which coconut flakes and coconut milk define the flavour.
Cool & vegan: a white chocolate of purely vegetal origin, which is based on a rice drink, can do entirely without milk and is made with sunflower lecithin instead of soya lecithin.
