Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.

This is the 2nd bar we have tried. I never thought I would have a chocolate experience that would taste to much like Christmas. It was silky and complex. I have to admit, I’m not usually a fan of alcohol in my chocolate but this was so good, it has changed my mind. This is 1 of the 10 that came in the Holiday/Christmas box. I am now a fan.
