We invite you to visit our Organic Deli or Wing Bar where you will be greeted with an aperitif and served our freshly baked homemade bread and tapas. Following this delightful welcome, you will have the opportunity to embark on a self-guided Choco Tour, immersing yourself in the captivating world of chocolate production. Along the way, you’ll encounter approximately 300 varieties of both traditional and unique chocolates, pralines, and bonbons at our creatively designed tasting stations, allowing you to indulge to your heart’s content.

In addition, we invite you to relax and enjoy the serene ambiance of our Edible Zoo, where you can witness the workings of an organic farm and experience firsthand how we care for our happy, beautiful animals. Immerse yourself in the world of chocolate!

During the exciting tasting tour through the Chocolate Theatre you will witness live how chocolate is created. You can look inside our production through the glass architecture and at the same time check out at the tasting stations how the cocoa bean is transformed into chocolate. From the bean to the bar. In the Chocolate Theatre we take you on “A Cocoa Journey Around the World” to Peru, Nicaragua, Belize, Madagascar and India. The best-of of all our film journeys of the last few years, since May 2022 in a new, previously unreleased and entertaining version with English subtitles by the Austrian filmmaker Roland Wehap.

  • Cocoa Cinema: What does cocoa actually look like and where does it grow? Let us take you on a cinematic journey to the cocoa farmers in Latin America.
  • Bean-to-Bar Factory: You will not only see each step in the production of chocolate from roasting and grinding to refining and conching,but you are also presented with a sensory experience – you get to taste the product for yourself at each step.

  • Cocoa Roastery: Taste freshly roasted cocoa beans from many different countries of origin. Taste the difference!
  • Raw Cocoa Mass Fountain: Looks like chocolate but isn’t.
  • Cocoa Nibs:Roasted cocoa beans, broken up into small pieces.
  • Coffee Bean Cruncher: Try our freshly roasted and fairly traded organic coffee beans
  • Ground Cocoa Powder: Nowhere near the finished product and definitely not a chocolate, but already tastes pretty good even when it’s only ground-up powder.
  • Conching Times Gallery: Experience how different conching times alter the flavour of chocolate.
  • Vegan Chocolate Fountain: Here, vegan milk chocolate drips from Granny’s spoons.

At our Organic Deli, you can discover delectable treats sourced from the Edible Zoo. We gladly serve you wine from our wine bar, along with homemade desserts and exceptional espresso, all while enjoying the soothing backdrop of relaxing music. Rest assured, our coffee beans are organic and sourced through fair trade, roasted in-house.

For hot dogs, fries, beer, lemonade, and more, visit our Organic Hot Dog Stand “Airstreamer” or our newly introduced Courtyard Grill. The Courtyard Grill is your go-to spot for everything related to burgers and other grilled dishes, embracing the theme of “Grill & Chill”.

Would you like to enjoy a picnic in the Edible Zoo? You can grab sandwiches, cakes, and beverages to take away from our organic restaurant and deli. These delightful treats can be enjoyed at the various seating areas located within the Edible Zoo. Additionally, we have vending machines in the zoo area offering our homemade drinks.

We are excited to announce the recent opening of our new Art Park, featuring ponds and serving as one of our latest attractions. Here, you can admire a multitude of vibrant and creatively designed installations and sculptures by renowned artists like Paul MĂĽhlbauer, Helmut Kohl, and Josef Lederer.

Enjoy art in the beautiful atmosphere and scenery of our Edible Zoo, relax and watch our animals. Lots of action and fun await at the adventure playground, the giant slide and the Farmer’s Golf course.

*All our products containing dairy don’t carry the USDA Organic Seal anymore, as there is an exemption in the organic equivalency agreement between the U.S. and the EU when it comes to the use of antibiotics. While in the US an animal which has been treated with antibiotics cannot be used in the production ever again, the EU allows a certain wait time until the animal can be used again for the production of dairy. It still means our products are 100% organic certified in the EU, but they are not in the US. All our vegan, dairy free products are also 100% USDA organic certified.
