Delightful Balls rolled in Chocolate

Balleros are the result of my fascination with nuts and fruit. Even though they are very small, these little nuts and berries contain nature’s entire blueprint for future trees – and they are tasty! Balleros contain a wide range of fruit and freshly roasted nuts, which we spin around in coating drums until they are perfectly covered in the finest chocolate. Some varieties are then shined (without any glazing agents), others are rolled in powdered fruit, sugar mixtures, herbs, our in-house produced ground coffee and sometimes just pure cocoa powder.
