USPS Priority Mail:
(1-2* business days)

Shipping: 10.00 (9.95 without signature tracking) plus a 2.00 handling fee, excl. tax. (except Alaska or Hawaii**)
Free shipping - starting from a $60.00 order-value!

* In most cases, the delivery date will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a guarantee

USPS Priority Mail Express:
(1* business day)

Shipping: 49.90 plus a 2.00 handling fee, excl. tax. Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii** is always done by USPS Priority Mail Express.

* In most cases, the delivery date will reflect a delivery time of 1 or 2 business days and is based on destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date comes with a money back guarantee for shipping costs.

Pickup (free of charge)

Pickup is free of charge. If you choose the option "pickup" at the end of the order, shipping fees will be cancelled.
There are two places where you can pickup your order.

1) Warehouse Location: 1020 NE Pine Island Road #302, Cape Coral, FL 33909
2) Office Location: 611 SE 11tH Street, Unit B, Cape Coral, FL 33990

Please call or email us to schedule your pickup. If we don't hear from you, we will call/email you to schedule the pickup.


Tracking

When we ship your package, you will get an e-mail with the tracking number. We ship our packages with the option "signature required" to prevent that the package is being left at the door or front porch. We recommend shipping to an address where someone can sign for and receive your package. You also have the possibility to choose shipping with no "signature required" at checkout. In that case we don't can guarantee that your chocolate doesn't melt.

Satisfaction guarantee

If there are any problems regarding delivery, or if you are concerned about the quality of our products, we will be there for you. In this case, please write us an e-Mail or call us, and we will solve the problem.

Order by 5pm to ship next business day

Order by 5 p.m. (Eastern Time) Monday – Thursday and we will ship your package out the next business day. Please note that orders placed on Friday are held and shipped from our factory on the following Monday.

PO Boxes

Our carriers cannot ship to PO boxes, so please make sure to use a valid street address when placing your order.

Temperatures over 70 degrees

Chocolate starts to melt at 70 degrees F. When the ship-to a destination which has the potential to be in the 70’s or higher, your options for shipping will be limited to one or two-day service to ensure the integrity of the chocolate.

Temperatures over 90 degrees

When temperatures have reached 90 degrees F or higher at the ship-to destination, your option will be restricted to express-mail service. 

Complimentary cooling bag

If your order total is more than 100 $, we wrap your chocolates in one of our beautiful cooling bags.

Melted Products Policy

If your order is less than 69 $ you can order a cooling bag which can be found here to make sure that your order doesn't melt. When temperatures have reached 90 degrees F or higher at the ship-from or ship-to destination, your option will be restricted to express-mail service. You are responsible to use this option at checkout. If you don't choose this delivery option we can't guarantee your ordered chocolate doesn't melt and it is exempt from refund.
