USPS Priority Mail:

Shipping: 10.00 (9.95 without signature tracking) plus a 2.00 handling fee, excl. tax. (except Alaska or Hawaii**)
Free shipping - starting from a $60.00 order-value!

* In most cases, the delivery date will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a guarantee

USPS Priority Mail Express:
(1* business day)

Shipping: 49.90 plus a 2.00 handling fee, excl. tax. Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii** is always done by USPS Priority Mail Express.

Pickup (free of charge)

Pickup is free of charge. If you choose the option "pickup" at the end of the order, shipping fees will be cancelled.
There are two places where you can pickup your order.

2) Office Location: 611 SE 11tH Street, Unit B, Cape Coral, FL 33990

Please call or email us to schedule your pickup. If we don't hear from you, we will call/email you to schedule the pickup.


Tracking

When we ship your package, you will get an e-mail with the tracking number. We ship our packages with the option "signature required" to prevent that the package is being left at the door or front porch. We recommend shipping to an address where someone can sign for and receive your package. You also have the possibility to choose shipping with no "signature required" at checkout. In that case we don't can guarantee that your chocolate doesn't melt.

Satisfaction guarantee

If there are any problems regarding delivery, or if you are concerned about the quality of our products, we will be there for you. In this case, please write us an e-Mail, call us or contact us via our social media channels - and we will solve the problem.

Order processing and shipping days

Depending on the time your order arrives, we are able to ship it the same day or at least the next business day. In Winter we only ship from Monday - Thursday, in hot Summer Monday - Wednesday to make sure your package does not sit at a distribution center or post office over the weekend.

PO Boxes

Our carriers cannot ship to PO boxes, so please make sure to use a valid street address when placing your order.

High Temperatures 

As you know, we ship from Florida. But we have shipping down to a science and we give you a guarantee that the chocolate won't melt until it has arrived at your destination. For that reason we require shipping with "signature required" to avoid having the package sitting in front of the door. You can opt out this option at checkout and use a different shipping option, but then we do not guarantee that it won't melt. 
We will pack each order into a thermal double bubble foil and add - depending on the order size - at least one frozen gel pack.
