Smooth-melting and simply invigorating: a refreshing white chocolate and mint layer combined with a vibrant red hibiscus layer, made by infusing hibiscus powder boiled in milk, with almond praline and white chocolate. It’s finished with a hint of lemon and a sprinkle of salt, all enveloped in dark chocolate with 70% cacao content.
TIP: HOW TO ENJOY CHOCOLATE
Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.
