Chestnut Milk Chocolate 50% filled with blackberry ganache and hazelnut praline

Hazelnuts with a very berry twist: a homemade, tender-melting hazelnut praline and a fruity, crimson blackberry layer elevated with a dash of lemon sit underneath a wafer-thin cranberry couverture and atop a thin milk chocolate layer. It’s covered in a homemade chestnut couverture mixed with some more milk chocolate. Fruity and nutty, with a heavenly melt.

 TIP: HOW TO ENJOY CHOCOLATE
Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.
