If you select this option, we carefully wrap the chocolate in double bubble thermal foil and add an ice pack to the package. When it arrives at your home, a signature will be required. This ensures the package won’t be left outside in the heat for any amount of time. Simply sign for the package, open it up, and enjoy the delicious chocolate you ordered!
If you chose the no-melt guarantee option, but your chocolate arrived with signs of melting, please contact us. Email us at [email protected] with a photo that shows the signs of melting, such as liquified chocolate or wrappers with cocoa butter soaked through them. We’ll respond to you to resolve the problem as soon as possible, whether that involves issuing a refund or replacing the chocolate.
