The rock number for all those with a sweet tooth has a satisfaction effect: A tangy-fruity berry ganache with currant juice, currant chocolate and a bit of white chocolate. A slight tingle is provided by the thin dark chocolate layer which vibrates with chili. Dipped into a fine dark chocolate.:

Our first vegan fruit filling: a sublime, fragrant, and intensely fruity cranberry mousse with a bright pink color. It is created using vegan cranberry couverture, white rice couverture, and a generous amount of cranberries. The mousse has a smooth and tender texture, and a joyful, tangy cranberry flavor. It is covered in a dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content. Completely vegan.

Più bella cosa non c'è : a layer of mascarpone enhanced with almond praline, white chocolate and genuine Bourbon vanilla, with a second, intense coffee choc-olate layer made from dark chocolate, a coffee couverture, freshly ground Zotter coffee from our in-house roastery and a generous dash of rum, coated top and bottom with a wafer-thin coffee couverture and covered all over in a fine milk chocolate coat with a 50% cacao content.

Berry and refreshingly tart and fruity: a dark red fruit layer of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, refined with a little wild berry coconut couverture sweetened with date sugar. Topped with a delicately melting coconut blossom nougat with colorful fruit crispies made from strawberries, blueberries, passion fruit and pieces of lemon. Covered with a dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content, sweetened with maple sugar, an exciting sugar alternative that is also applied in a wafer-thin layer between the two layers. Made entirely without raw cane sugar.

Whole caramelized peanuts and homemade peanut praline, enhanced with a touch of white chocolate, sit atop a caramel ganache made from exquisite caramel couverture and crunchy caramelized almond praline. All this is enveloped in classic 70% dark chocolate. It's a chocolate bar so good that even Charlie Brown would find happiness in every bite.
