Milk Chocolate 50% filled with pistachio marzipan and almond praline, refined with roasted pistachios

A dreamy pistachio pairing featuring an irresistibly soft pistachio marzipan made from almond marzipan mixed with small, roasted bits of pistachio and infused with some anise and apricot juice. Underneath, a tender-melting almond praline with some almond brittle and lots of chopped pistachios with the entire creation dipped in delicious milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.

TIP: HOW TO ENJOY CHOCOLATE
Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.
