Dark Chocolate 70% with maple sugar filled with cashew praline, refined with pineapple and sweetened with dates

Fruity, sweet and without traditional sugar. A dark chocolate sweetened with maple sugar and filled with a fruity, soft pineapple layer featuring some fruity tartness and small, refreshing bits of pineapple. Alongside, a cashew praline layer sweetened with ground dates as a substitute for conventional sugar, and a cheeky pinch of Timut pepper – not spicy at all but a bit tingly and with an exciting flavor. Entirely vegan. A dark choc that packs a whole bunch of sunshine!

TIP: HOW TO ENJOY CHOCOLATE
Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.
