TIP: HOW TO ENJOY CHOCOLATE
Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.

This one is Okay. I was hoping for the pistachio flavor to shine a bit more. I am finding that the ones that contain alcohol are not for me. I want to taste the filling more and not just that strange alcohol aftertaste. That is just my opinion though!
