Gray Poppy with Walnuts and Cinnamon, that slumbers as a thin layer within the chocolate and encases the caramelized gray poppy seeds, explodes on the palate. Homemade walnut nougat melts, while the gray poppy seed flavor emerges. Austrian art in milk chocolate with a cocoa content of 50%.

TIP: HOW TO ENJOY CHOCOLATE
Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.
