Olivin, the signature red wine from the Winkler-Hermaden vineyard, crafted from grapes grown in volcanic soil, takes center stage in this rich, dark chocolate ganache. The boldness of the “Blue Zweigelt” red wine is balanced
with a white, vegan rice couverture and a touch of vanilla. Enrobed in dark chocolate, this treat is the perfect indulgence.

TIP: HOW TO ENJOY CHOCOLATE
Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.
