Topped with a delicately melting coconut blossom nougat with colorful fruit crispies made from strawberries, blueberries, passion fruit and pieces of lemon. Covered with a dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content, sweetened with maple sugar, an exciting sugar alternative that is also applied in a wafer-thin layer between the two layers. Made entirely without raw cane sugar.
