Dark chocolate 70% filled with cranberry ganache

Our first vegan fruit filling: a sublime, fragrant, and intensely fruity cranberry mousse with a bright pink color. It is created using vegan cranberry couverture, white rice couverture, and a generous amount of cranberries. The mousse has a smooth and tender texture, and a joyful, tangy cranberry flavor. It is covered in a dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content. Completely vegan.

A filling made with homemade almond praline enhanced with white chocolate. It is combined with an almond brittle made from freshly caramelized burnt almonds,
resulting in a delightful crunch. The entire treat is coated in fine milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.

Oh, so yummy: 50% milk chocolate filled with a crunchy cookie-almond praline layer and a soft cheesecake ganache made with quark (aka farmer's cheese), white chocolate, almond praline, yogurt couverture, a splash of lemon, and a hint of vanilla. Between the two layers, a whisper-thin blueberry couverture is painted on, made from real blueberries that still stain blue.

3 stages of deliciousness: a very fruity, homemade tangerine jelly on a green matcha layer created with a mix of white soy couverture and green tea. Topped by a coconut praline, crispily enhanced with some caramelized coconut flakes. Excitingly different and not too sweet, with a dark chocolate coat boasting a 70% cacao content. Entirely vegan.

Incredibly crispy and delicately melting: A homemade hazelnut nougat, smooth and rich, crackles with a generous amount of crispy waffle bits. It's thinly coated in 40% milk chocolate, then enveloped in a bolder 60% cocoa milk chocolate. Prepare for a truly sensational chocolate experience.

For the first time, all five cocoa origins in our new vintage cuvée hail from Africa: Madagascar, Tanzania, Uganda, Togo, and Ghana. The aromatic result of this blend is sensationally fruity and mild. Interestingly, notable differences emerge between the chocolate's aroma and taste: it exudes scents of plum jam and grapes, with hints of marzipan and gingerbread. On the palate, discover an exotic fruit medley of pineapple and citrus fruits, complemented by secondary notes of butter and subtle umami spice accents that enhance its distinct exotic character. And then you experience a super mild aftertaste of a buttery pretzel croissant with woody undertones, harmoniously balanced with a gentle roast.
