Dark Milk Chocolate 60% filled with cheese ganache

Our pure cheese chocolate makes a comeback: a sweet cheese ganache created with cheese spread made by organic cheese dairy Deutschmann, enhanced with a bit of apple cider vinegar, almond praline and white chocolate. It’s dipped in milk chocolate with a 60% cacao content. Created following the traditional recipe of Zotter’s very first cheese chocolate – Julia Zotter’s favorite chocolate when she was little, a chocolate she ate in astonishing quantities even though she generally did not care for cheese unless it came in chocolate form.

TIP: HOW TO ENJOY CHOCOLATE
Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.
