Won’t the chocolate melt in the mail?
You don’t have to wait for wintertime to order chocolate online, even if you live somewhere hot. With our no-melt guarantee, your order will be wrapped in thermal foil and packed with an ice pack to ensure that it remains cool and intact on its journey. Your package will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail for arrival in just 1-3 business days. We do require a signature for the package to ensure it doesn’t sit for hours on your doorstep, where it may be damaged by the elements.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
We happily accept orders from guests, but creating an account with Zotter Chocolate has several benefits, including easier tracking and reordering, along with accrual of loyalty points. Our loyalty program automatically gives you points on every purchase, which you can apply for discounts on future orders!
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Chocolate makes a great gift, which is why we make it easy to add a gift message to your order. We’ll also include a packing list without any pricing info.
Can I get a refund on my order?
Because we’re selling chocolate, our refund policy is limited to items that are unopened with return authorization within 48 hours of delivery.
