TIP: HOW TO ENJOY CHOCOLATE
Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.

I just bit into this one. OMG its amazing! Where has this been my whole life? Im really loving the chocolate to berry ratio too. Its just this tart, sweet, zingy berry filling in this nice, somewhat thin white chocolate casing. The filling is the real star of this bar and it shines bright. Delightful
