Milk Chocolate 40% filled with apricot marzipan and vanilla almond praline, refined with waffle brittle and apricot pieces

Inspired by traditional Austrian apricot dumplings: a fruity, subtly sweet apricot marzipan with lots of small bits of apricot and a strong fruity tanginess accompanied by a tender-melting almond praline, elevated with Bourbon vanilla and finished with a bit of white chocolate and some crunchy waffle brittle. The filling is wrapped in a thin white chocolate coating and dipped in milk chocolate with a 40% cacao content. Fruity, refreshingly tangy and tender-melting!

 TIP: HOW TO ENJOY CHOCOLATE
Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.
