The indigenous farmers of the FEDECOVERA cooperative are dedicated to protecting the rich Maya heritage, sustainably cultivating this remarkable fine-flavor cacao. Savor this “super-cacao,” transformed into an exquisite single-origin chocolate with 75% cacao content, using our custom-developed FMR fine mist roasting process.
