70% Dark chocolate filled with white peppermint cream and hibiscus ganache

Smooth-melting and simply invigorating: a refreshing white chocolate and mint layer combined with a vibrant red hibiscus layer, made by infusing hibiscus powder boiled in milk, with almond praline and white chocolate. It's finished with a hint of lemon and a sprinkle of salt, all enveloped in dark chocolate with 70% cacao content.

Più bella cosa non c'è : a layer of mascarpone enhanced with almond praline, white chocolate and genuine Bourbon vanilla, with a second, intense coffee choc-olate layer made from dark chocolate, a coffee couverture, freshly ground Zotter coffee from our in-house roastery and a generous dash of rum, coated top and bottom with a wafer-thin coffee couverture and covered all over in a fine milk chocolate coat with a 50% cacao content.

A vibrant mango layer made with mangoes, cashew nougat, and a splash of lime atop a chocolate ganache blended with milk and dark chocolate, intensified with Bird's Eye chili and a dash of sugarcane spirit. All enrobed in milk chocolate with a powerful 60% cocoa punch. Inspired by the beloved street food of Southeast Asia and Mexico, where mangoes are seasoned with chili and salt.

Simply switch off and enjoy: a sweet bonbon ganache made from white chocolate with a fine vanilla flavor combined with an almond praline layer popping with caramelized, excitingly fizzy blue poppy seed. It’s all covered in a delicious milk chocolate with a 40% cacao content.

Figs in port are a timeless classic, to which we add the delicate taste of maple sugar. We begin with a Portuguese Reserve Ruby Port by Romariz, with an extremely fruity flavor, matured in oak barrels. We flow the port into a creamy, dark port ganache, and add bits of fig that have been marinated in port for a fruity and crunchy surprise. Covered in 70% dark chocolate, and sweetened only with maple sugar!

The fruity caramel chocolate: A classic, soft caramel layer that tastes fabulous stirred with butter. Combined with an almond nougat layer, which is refined with a little white chocolate and as a highlight, many crunchy lemon fruit pieces are added. Fantastic tension between fruity-sour, crunchy lemons and soft, sweet caramel. An exciting creation topped with homemade, candy-sweet caramel coating.
