It is created using vegan cranberry couverture, white rice couverture, and a generous amount of cranberries. The mousse has a smooth and tender texture, and a joyful, tangy cranberry flavor. It is covered in a dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content. Completely vegan.

A tribute to the renowned French dark praline, we've crafted a dark, roasted almond praline with an intense almond flavor, and blended it with premium, fine-flavor chocolate featuring a powerful 80% cacao content. It's finished with a pinch of salt, and its character is smooth and melting, intense yet not too sweet. It's enveloped in dark chocolate and 100% vegan.

Raspberry - Coconut

Exotic, fruity and entirely vegan: a genius creation by Julia Zotter, mixed from a white coconut couverture and many many raspberries. Its stunning color and yummy flavor are derived entirely from berries and toasted coconut flakes. It’s enhanced with a dash of lemon and finished by blending it with a tender-melting, pure cocoa butter.

This year’s vintage cuvée brings together five high-altitude cacao varieties, led by the renowned Chuncho heirloom cacao and complemented by distinctive beans from Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, and Uganda. The resulting flavor profile is remarkably smooth and balanced, with bright notes of red berries, roasted pecans, and layers of cacao and delicate florals. The experience begins with a creamy, almond-like chocolate taste, unfolding into a mild marzipan and spice character. Subtle hints of fresh grass and herbs appear, underscored by gentle ginger, which enhances the chocolate’s roasted depth and complexity. Each bite finishes with lush Morello cherries, enlivened by tangy kombucha and yogurt notes, and ends on a mellow malty roast with a lingering chocolatey aftertaste and very little bitterness.

A summit of mountain-grown cacao: Most cacao is cultivated in the lowlands, but this exceptional cuvée features beans selected from the highland regions of Ecuador, Colombia, Guatemala, Peru, and Uganda. The result is a bold, exquisitely dark chocolate with 77% cacao, shaped by five origins, unique altitudes, and an alluringly fruity, berry-forward aroma.
