Filled with love ... A fruity-pink raspberry ganache with a juicy berry flavor and vibrant color obtained solely from natural raspberries. It is highly fruity, refreshingly tangy, with an authentically captivating berry flavor. Encased in a delicate layer of white chocolate and covered in fine dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content.

Combined with an almond nougat layer, which is refined with a little white chocolate and as a highlight, many crunchy lemon fruit pieces are added. A berry and flowery chocolate to warm your Mom's heart: a fragrant and soft rose marzipan made with almond marzipan, rose oil, and rosewater is placed on top of a tempting red raspberry fruit ganache, made with real raspberries and delightful raspberry couverture. The gorgeous color and fruity flavor are derived entirely from natural berries. The lovely creation is coated in sweet milk chocolate with a 40% cacao content.

We create this delicious treat with coconut milk instead of cow’s milk, add fine coconut flakes and blend in pure cocoa butter, raw cane sugar and genuine Bourbon vanilla – with sunflower lecithin. A sweet bar with a fantastically exotic Caribbean touch.

For the first time, all five cocoa origins in our new vintage cuvée hail from Africa: Madagascar, Tanzania, Uganda, Togo, and Ghana. The aromatic result of this blend is sensationally fruity and mild. Interestingly, notable differences emerge between the chocolate's aroma and taste: it exudes scents of plum jam and grapes, with hints of marzipan and gingerbread. On the palate, discover an exotic fruit medley of pineapple and citrus fruits, complemented by secondary notes of butter and subtle umami spice accents that enhance its distinct exotic character. And then you experience a super mild aftertaste of a buttery pretzel croissant with woody undertones, harmoniously balanced with a gentle roast.
