Milk Chocolate filled with apricot ganache and marzipan - contains alcohol

An homage to the famous apricot tree gardens of Lower Austria’s Wachau region: a fruity apricot layer, enhanced with apricot brandy, gently sitting on a layer of marzipan, seasoned with a generous dash of apricot brandy and of course some pure apricots. A bit of a boozy mixture that’s sweetly seductive and comes in an exquisite milk chocolate cover with 40% cacao content.

Olivin, the signature red wine from the Winkler-Hermaden vineyard, crafted from grapes grown in volcanic soil, takes center stage in this rich, dark chocolate ganache. The boldness of the "Blue Zweigelt" red wine is balanced
with a white, vegan rice couverture and a touch of vanilla. Enrobed in dark chocolate, this treat is the perfect indulgence.

Figs in port are a timeless classic, to which we add the delicate taste of maple sugar. We begin with a Portuguese Reserve Ruby Port by Romariz, with an extremely fruity flavor, matured in oak barrels. We flow the port into a creamy, dark port ganache, and add bits of fig that have been marinated in port for a fruity and crunchy surprise. Covered in 70% dark chocolate, and sweetened only with maple sugar!
