Colombia is an amazing cacao-producing country, and we’re proud to present a fascinating, very special cacao, which we’ve used to create a delicious, dark single origin chocolate with an 80% cacao content, sweetened with 10% raw cane sugar and 10% muscovado sugar.

Conching time: 8 hrs.

A dark island chocolate with a 72% cacao content and a surprising, exceedingly fruity flavor without the typically high level of fructose. The cacao beans hail from the Pisa Cooperative, which boasts more than 1200 members. These growers demonstrate how important fair trade is, particularly in politically unstable regions of the world. Created bean-to-bar and gently roasted using the fine mist roasting method (FMR).

Away from the large plantations and supported by gebana, in fields between 0,25 and 1,5 hectares in size, the first organic, Fair Trade cocoa in Togo is being cultivated.
