Josef Zotter has established an exclusive in-house research center, collaborating with Birgit Schellenbacher, to revolutionize vegan and lactose-free chocolate. Together, they are pioneering the creation of new chocolate types that prioritize health, environmental sustainability, and flavor diversity. Notably, all vegan chocolate bar varieties are inherently vegan and lactose-free, comprising solely cocoa and raw cane sugar, completely devoid of any milk content. This commitment ensures a broader selection of vegan chocolates that are both indulgent and conscientious.
