Josef Zotter has established an exclusive in-house research center, collaborating with Birgit Schellenbacher, to revolutionize vegan and lactose-free chocolate. Together, they are pioneering the creation of new chocolate types that prioritize health, environmental sustainability, and flavor diversity. Notably, all dark chocolate varieties are inherently vegan and lactose-free, comprising solely cocoa and raw cane sugar, completely devoid of any milk content. This commitment ensures a broader selection of vegan chocolates that are both indulgent and conscientious.
