This dark, single origin chocolate was created with cocoa from Uganda’s Mountains of the Moon. 1000 small farmers cultivate our fairly traded organic cocoa on the slopes of this mythical mountain range. They grow hand-selected, large cocoa beans they call “Selection Noir de Noir” – mild and full of flavor: a cocoa with lots of class!
Fragrance notes: strong notes of fruit (strawberries, blueberries, grapes) with intense fermentation character, subtle accents of molasses, lightly earthy
Taste notes: lovely-jammy fruit character with notes of red berries, strawberries, cherries and blueberries and of fudge and caramel
