A sweet single origin chocolate for even the youngest of snackers, with a 35% cocoa content, raw cane sugar, mountain milk from Austria’s Tyrol region, genuine Bourbon vanilla and pure Cocabo cocoa. Cultivated in a traditional manner by indigenous cocoa farmers under the canopies of Panama’s rainforest, away from the busyness of our modern times.

A chattering bird builds no nest" — this well-known African proverb from Uganda signifies that development and success require active action. Fairtrade fine flavor cocoa embodies this philosophy, closely linked to booming African cocoa excellence. For the first time, all five cocoa origins in our new vintage cuvée hail from Africa: Madagascar, Tanzania, Uganda, Togo, and Ghana. The aromatic result of this blend is sensationally fruity and mild. Interestingly, notable differences emerge between the chocolate's aroma and taste: it exudes scents of plum jam and grapes, with hints of marzipan and gingerbread. On the palate, discover an exotic fruit medley of pineapple and citrus fruits, complemented by secondary notes of butter and subtle umami spice accents that enhance its distinct exotic character. And then you experience a super mild aftertaste of a buttery pretzel croissant with woody undertones, harmoniously balanced with a gentle roast.

Away from the large plantations and supported by gebana, in fields between 0,25 and 1,5 hectares in size, the first organic, Fair Trade cocoa in Togo is being cultivated. A small revolution on the African continent and one of our passion projects!

Colombia is an amazing cacao-producing country, and we’re proud to present a fascinating, very special cacao, which we’ve used to create a delicious, dark single origin chocolate with an 80% cacao content, sweetened with 10% raw cane sugar and 10% muscovado sugar.

Olivin, the signature red wine from the Winkler-Hermaden vineyard, crafted from grapes grown in volcanic soil, takes center stage in this rich, dark chocolate ganache. The boldness of the "Blue Zweigelt" red wine is balanced
with a white, vegan rice couverture and a touch of vanilla. Enrobed in dark chocolate, this treat is the perfect indulgence.

Filled with love ... A fruity-pink raspberry ganache with a juicy berry flavor and vibrant color obtained solely from natural raspberries. It is highly fruity, refreshingly tangy, with an authentically captivating berry flavor. Encased in a delicate layer of white chocolate and covered in fine dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content.
